ORDER
The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent society to admit the petitioners as A Class members in the second respondent Society.
2.Mr.D.Venkatachalam, learned Additional Government Pleader representing respondents submits that the first petitioner has already been enrolled as a Member of the Society and there is no necessity for registering him as one more member again. With regard to the other petitioners, if they pay required fee they may very well join as Members of the Society and there is no impediment in joining them as Members of the Society. 3.In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to approach the respondents forthwith and pay the required fees as demanded by the Society, thereafter the respondents shall register the name of the petitioners as Members of the Society and allow them to avail the benefits of the Society. Mr.C.
Prakasam, learned counsel for the petitioner raised an apprehension that the petitioners may be permitted to pay the required fees through Demand Draft and the respondents may not refuse it. The petitioners are also permitted to pay the fees through Demand Draft. 4.With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
