HCP No.1222 of 2023 HCP No.1222 of 2023 M.S.RAMESH, J., and SUNDER MOHAN, J., [Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.] In continuation of the earlier final orders dated 12.07.2023 passed in the present Habeas Corpus Petition, the matter is listed today under the caption 'For Report'.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor had filed a status report of the 2nd respondent herein in which it is stated that the investigating officer along with his special team have been taking sincere and effective steps to trace the absentee and as soon as he is traced, he will be produced before this Court.

3. We have taken note of the efforts taken by the respondents in tracing the petitioner's father and are of the view that the respondents can be directed to complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible and produce the missing man before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur, as and when he is traced.

4. Accordingly, in continuation of the earlier final orders dated 12.07.2023, there shall be direction to the 2nd respondent herein to complete the investigation in Crime No.157 of 2023 and produce the petitioner's father viz., Dhanavel, aged 44 years, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur, as and when he is traced.
