Heard Mr.E.Martin Jeyakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and Mr.V.Ananthamurthy, learned counsel for respondents 2 to 4 and with the consent of the learned counsel on either side, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for disposal.

2. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents herein to consider her representation dated 2.4.2013 by re-fixing the cost of the plot as prevailing in the year 2009 when the said plot No. LIG 218 Phase I, Krishnagiri Neighorhood Scheme, Hosur Housing Unit was allotted to her by the 1st respondent and consequently to adjust the amounts paid by her upon and till the date of such refixation.

3. By the said representation dated 2.4.2013, the petitioner has requested the respondent Board to consider her request and revise the cost of the plot as prevailing in the year 2009.

4. In the light of the above, without expressing anything on the merits of the petitioner's contention, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 2.04.2013 and pass a reasoned order on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
