ORDER

This petition is filed seeking directions to the second respondent to register First Information Report (FIR) against the accused persons in accordance with the order passed by the learned District Munsif-cumJudicial Magistrate, Pallipet, Tiruvallur District, in Crl.M.P.No.293 of 2025 dated 24.04.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that FIR has already been registered in Cr.No.104 of 2025 and produced a copy of the same.

In view of the above submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
