ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26252 of 2024 dated 23.10.2024, passed by this Court, that the petitioner shall report before the concerned NDPS Court, Chennai, all working days at 10:30 A.M., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation.

3. Considering the submissions made on either side and finding that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions diligently, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the NDPS Court, Chennai, on all working days at 10:30 A.M., until further orders, is totally relaxed. All other conditions remain unaltered.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 15-07-2025 klt
