Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to include the petitioner her daughters name in the patta No.1436, 1254 and 467 as the legal heir of Deceased Aasaithambi for the lands in S.F.No.205/11A, 205 4C4 and 205/11B in Kelapulliyur South Village of Kunnam Taluk in Perambalur District by considering the petitioner's representation / application dated 19.11.2020.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 19.11.2020, wherein the petitioner is seeking for adding the name of the petitioner and her daughter in the patta.

2.Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the 1st respondent has already fixed a date for enquiry on 29.12.2020 at 3.00 p.m. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 1st respondent has already called the petitioner for an enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to complete the enquiry and pass final orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
