Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition from reporting before the trial court on every first working day of the month until further order which imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.M.P.No.13181/2017 in Crl.A.No.668/2017 on 25.10.2017. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SIVAKUMAR C., Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.PRABAKARAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The condition imposed by this Court on 25.10.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.13181 of 2017 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court once in three months on the first working day of the concerned English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m., commencing from October 2019, pending appeal.

3. The petition is ordered accordingly.
