ORDER

The defendant in O.S.No.259 of 2015 before the learned District Munsif Court, Panruti, is the revision petitioner herein, seeking speedy disposal of the said suit.

2. In view of the relief that has been sought for in the revision, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and gone through the records.

4. The petitioner states that the suit is pending from the year 2015 and even now, the issues are not framed in the said suit.

5. Be that as it may, considering the fact that the suit has not been disposed over a decade, I am inclined to entertain the civil revision petition. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed with a direction to the District Munsif Court, Panruti to expedite the trial of the suit in OS.
