The applicant seeks to carry out some renovation in a monument which he states is only 60 years old and the request made to HR & CE is kept pending in view of the orders passed in the writ petitions pending before us. 2.We are of the view that there is no need to implead the party before us and the learned Amicus may look into the matter and advice the HR & CE Department accordingly.
