ORDER

This writ petition has been filed praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 14.10.2020, wherein, the petitioner has sought to create access to his property comprised in New Survey No.5, Block No.11, Ward No.A of Village No.124, Palavanthangal Village, Alandur Taluk, Kancheepuram District, in the southern side of the Government poramboke land, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard Mr.S.Parthasarathy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Chinnadurai, learned Additional Government Pleader taking notice for the first respondent and Mrs.P.T.Ramadevi, learned Standing Counsel taking notice for the second respondent and also perused the documents enclosed in the typed set of papers.

3.Considering the limited relief sought in this writ petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.10.2020 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any other interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
