Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents to hold an enquiry on the complaint filed by the petitioner on 06.11.2017 and initiate action against the aggressors of law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Heard both sides.

4. The petitioner seems to have made a complaint before the respondents alleging that one Sudhakar, S/o.Pather have cut the tamarind trees without having any right, especially, when 2C patta granted in respect of those trees are standing in the name of the petitioner. It is stated that the respondents have not taken any action on the said complaint made by the petitioner so far.

5. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the respondents to consider and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the third respondent to consider the said complaint made by the petitioner on 06.11.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the said Sudhakar, S/o.Pather and also other parties, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the third respondent, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
