ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on petitioner that the petitioner to appear before the respondent police, twice a month (1st and 3rd Saturday) at 10.30 a.m., by order dated 11.03.2025 made in Crl.M.P.No.4403 of

2025 in Crl.O.P.No.32491 of 2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner to appear before the respondent police, twice a month (1 st and rd Saturday at 10.30 a.m.), is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
