2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) states that the petitioner herein had admitted his guilt and paid a fine of Rs.30,000/-. Hence, in view of the same nothing survives in this petition to quash, since S.T.C.No.198 of 2019 itself is closed.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
