By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The respondent has raised a demand for additional security deposit of Rs.10.80 lakhs which required to be made in three monthly instalments commencing from 16.06.2023.

3.Mr.L.Jaivenkatesh, the learned Standing Counsel for TNEB takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2.

4.The petitioner is now required to pay the balance additional security deposit of Rs.7,20,246/- along with the regular current consumption charges in six (6) equal monthly instalments commencing from July 2023. 5.This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
