The Petitioner has placed under suspension pursuant to the FIR in Crime No.12/AC/2020 dated 19.11.2020 by the Inspector of Police Vigilance and Anti Corruption, Salem. It is the case of the Petitioner that the relatives of the Petitioner made a false complaint stating that the Petitioner has earned extra income and had purchased assets. The Petitioner made two representations dated 09.09.2021 and 20.09.2021 stating that the suspension order may be revoked. But, the same have not been considered by the Respondent till date.

2. The learned counsel for the Respondent on instructions submitted that the Respondent will consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 09.09.2021 and 20.09.2021 and dispose of the same within a period of four weeks. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the Respondents, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the Respondent to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 09.09.2021 and 20.09.2021 and pass an appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
