This petition has been filed seeking to transfer of proceedings in M.C.No.27 of 2019, pending before the Family Court, Namakkal.

2.The petitioner has to move an appropriate petition before the Principal Sessions Court under Section 408 of Cr.P.C seeking for transfer to some other criminal Court within the same Sessions Division. The petitioner cannot directly approach this Court under Section 407 of Cr.P.C.

3.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of by giving a liberty to the petitioner to move the Principal Sessions Court, Namakkal seeking for transfer and the concerned court shall deal with the same in accordance with law.
