This petition is filed seeking to amend the 2nd respondent address in the cause title as the Sub Registrar, The Avadi Sub Registrar Office, Avadi, Chennai - 600 053 instead of the Ambattur Sub Registrar Office, Ambattur, Chennai - 600 533.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to typographical error by oversight, the above error has been crept in. Hence, seeks this Court for the above relief.

3. Considering the fact that it is only a clerical error and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered accordingly.
