Crl.M.P.No.9591 of 2016 and Crl.R.C.No.1104 of 2016 C.T.SELVAM, J It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the order of this Court dated 12.09.2016 has been duly complied with by the petitioner.

2. Pursuant to the order, the petitioner has deposited a sum of Rs.25,000/- to the credit of C.C.No.8187 of 2001 on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court-I, Egmore, Chennai. He has also filed a copy of the receipt dated 14.10.2016.

3. Recording the same, the criminal miscellaneous petition is allowed.

4.Post the criminal revision petition on 07.11.2016.
