3. In this application, the applicant has sought for six months time for the Arbitrator to pronounce the Arbitral Award. This Court has perused and examined the contents of the affidavit filed in support of the application and is satisfied with the reasons contained therein.

4. Learned counsel for the respondent has also not raised any serious objection for allowing this application, as prayed for and for granting the six months time to the Arbitrator to pronounce the Arbitral Award.
