This petition has been filed to modify the condition that the petitioners were directed to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the credit of Crime No.33 of 2024 before the concerned Court.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered to the effect that the petitioners are directed to deposit a sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) to the credit of Cr.No.33 of 2024 before the concerned Court, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
