ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.9263 of 2026 dated 15.04.2026 .

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the condition imposed by this Court in paragraph No.7 (b) in Crl.O.P.No.9263 of 2026 dated 15.04.2026 is modified to the effect that " the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on alternate days i.e on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m until further orders". The other conditions remain unaltered.
