O R D E R The petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Para 7 of the order in Crl.O.P.No.5215 of 2025 dated 09.04.2025 and pass orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner on 09.04.2025 directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- as non-refundable deposit to the credit of Cr.No.92 of 2025. Now the entire compounding fee has been deposited by the petitioner.

3. In view of the above fact that the petitioner has deposited the entire compounding fee, the condition imposed in Paragraph No.7 of the order in Crl.O.P.No.5215 of 2025 dated 09.04.2025 stands deleted. The petitioner is granted a further period of two weeks for executing the sureties.
