A.No.3770 of 2024 has been filed to receive the written statement on behalf of Applicant/Defendant No.1 in C.S.No.64 of 2023, upon condoning the delay of 324 day in filing the same.

2.A.No.4683 of 2024 has been filed to condone the delay of 422 days in filing the accompanying written statement filed by the 2nd Defendant in the suit and take the written statement filed by the 2nd Defendant in the Suit.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant and the learned counsel for Respondents 1 & 2.

4.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these Applications and the submission made by the learned counsel for the Applicant, in the interest of justice, these Applications are ordered as prayed for.
