ORDER

The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.08.2021 and process the e-tender bid of the petitioner dated 21.06.2021 as per law, by taking on file the documents filed/uploaded on 09.08.2021. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that the petitioner's representation has already been considered and their e-tender bid would be examined by the respondents, in the light of the documents furnished and on merits.

3.In view of the submission so made on the side of the respondents, this court is of the opinion that no further orders need be passed in this writ petition, except recording the same. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
