This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed upon petitioner by order dated 15.04.2025 made in Crl.O.P.No 10370 of 2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further

orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
