PRAYER : This petition has been filed under Section 439(1)(b) of CRPC and 528 of BNSS to modify the anticipatory bail order passed by this court in Crl.OP.No.15720 of 2025 in Cr.No.166 of 2025 dated 22.05.2025 with condition that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- as bibrefundable deposit either through RTGS/NEFT/Cash/demand draft in favour of the 'Dean, Stanley Government Medical College and Hospital, Chennai,, bearing A/c.N.392192855071, State Bank of India, Old Jail Road, Stanley Hospital, IFSC SBIN0001476 to consequently modified the condition without any deposit. This petition is filed to modify the anticipatory bail order passed by this court in Crl.OP.No.15720 of 2025 in Cr.No.166 of 2025 dated 22.05.2025 with condition that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two lakhs only) as non-refundable deposit either through RTGS/NEFT/Cash/demand draft in favour of the 'Dean, Stanley Government Medical College and Hospital, Chennai, bearing A/c.N.392192855071, State Bank of India, Old Jail Road, Stanley Hospital, IFSC No.SBIN0001476 to consequently modify the condition without any deposit.

2. Heard both sides.

3. It is seen that the petitioner has already sold out his Spa in favour of the second accused. Therefore, on the date of occurrence, the petitioner is not running the Spa and as such, he wants to modify the condition imposed by this court.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in paragraph No.8, the condition that the petitioner shall deposit Rs.2,00,000/-(Rupees Two lakhs only) as non-refundable deposit, is deleted. This petition is modified accordingly.

5.In view of the said modification, time is extended till 25.07.2025 for production of sureties.

6. Other conditions shall remain intact.
