2. This Court, by order dated 17.07.2023, had allowed the Civil Revision Petition in CRP.No.2328 of 2023, by directing the Subordinate Judge, Alandur to dispose of the HMOP.No.1144 of 2021 and IA.No.1 of 2022, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

3. The learned Subordinate Judge, Alandur, has addressed a letter dated 19.12.2023 to the Registry seeking extension of time for the reasons stated in the said letter.

4. This Court perused the letter dated 19.12.2023 sent by the learned Subordinate Judge, Alandur, and is satisfied with the reasons stated in the letter for not disposing the said HMOP.No.1144 of 2021 within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. Accordingly, this Court grants further time of three months to the learned Subordinate Judge, Alandur to dispose of the HMOP.No.1144 of 2021 from the date of receipt of the communication of this order from the Registry.
