This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the learned Principal District Sessions Judge (Special Court or SC/SC) at Villupuram to consider the petitioner's bail petition on the very same day on surrender of the petitioner before the Court in connecting with FIR No.222/2023 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Periyathatchur Police Station, Villupuram District.
