This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in para 5 (b) in Crl.O.P No. 14652 of 2024 dated 24.06.2024:

2. The reason assigned by the petitioner is satisfactory. Accordingly, para 5 (b) in Crl.OP. No. 14652 of 2024 dated 24.06.2024 is modified as follows :

5 (b). the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on alternative days at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months and thereafter as and when required before the respondent police.

3. Further, this Court is inclined to grant further two weeks time to comply with the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P No. 14652 of 2024. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
