[R4 and R5 are impleaded vide order dated 25.07.2019, made in W.M.P.No.21289 of 2019 in W.P.No.21224 of 2019] PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.06.2019 by hold enquiry in the act of the third respondent and remove the tresspassers from the house at No.157/A, Sathiyanarayanapuram Main Road, Mathanandapuram, Moulivakkam, Chennai-600 125 and to provide police protection to the petitioner to live in her house to secure the ends of justice.

ORDER
The limited prayer sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 is to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.06.2019 for holding an enquiry against the third respondent in the matter pertaining to removal of trespassers from the property at Plot No.157-A, Sathiyanarayanapuram Main Road, Mathanandapuram, Moulivakkam, Chennai-600125.
2.Since the complaint is as against the third respondent herein, who is the Inspector of Police attached to Mangadu Police Station, the enquiry by the first and second respondents herein may not be proper. Nevertheless, considering the limited prayer sought by the petitioner's representation dated 27.06.2019, on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, as expeditiously as possible. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the averments made in the representation of the petitioner herein. While disposing of such representation, the second respondent shall, is he deems fit, call for the objections from the respondents 4 and 5 herein also. The second respondent is directed to pass such orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
