2. Heard both sides. Since there was no objection on the other side and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ miscellaneous petition is ordered, accordingly.

3. Issue notice to the newly impleaded second respondent returnable by 02.08.2024.

Private notice is also permitted.

4. For filing counter by the newly impleaded respondent, post the main petition on 02.08.2024.
