This petition is filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner/A3 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur made in Crl.M.P.No.4806 of 2016, dated 31.08.2016.
2.It is seen that the trial has passed an order in Crl.M.P.No.4806 of 2016, dated 31.08.2016, for which, it was specifically stated that the petitioner along with other petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police for a period of thirty days. Hence, the petitioner is directed to approach before the Concerned Court for appropriate relief.
3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
