This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondent to consider the representation dated 18.03.2024.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 18.03.2024 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
