ORDER
The petitioner is the Labour Welfare Protection Trade Union registered under Registrar of Trade Unions for the State of Tamil Nadu, Salem on 06.08.2001. According to the Writ Petitioner, they are committed in protecting and upholding the industrial peace and workmen welfare and that their suggestions regarding the welfare of the labour
have not been taken into consideration by the 1st respondent Transport Corporation. In this regard, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 21.08.2021 to the concerned authorities to allow them to participate in the meeting. But the same has not been considered till date. He, therefore, filed the present Writ Petition.
2. Mr.R.Balaji, learned counsel for the 3rd respondent contended that the latter would pass appropriate orders on merits on the representation submitted by the petitioner.
3. In the circumstances, without going into the merits of the case projected by the petitioner either in the affidavit or in his representation dated 21.08.2021, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
