ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.C.B.Muralikrishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, for the official respondents.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the enquiry was initiated as per the memorandum dated 17.10.2022, but no further steps are undertaken.

3. The learned State Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that within three months, the enquiry would be completed. In view of the statement made by the learned State Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
