This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders in Crl.OP.No.11853 of 2025 dated 29.04.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 1/3

respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complied for 37 days and the charge sheet has not been filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in para No.7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.11853 of 2025, dated 29.04.2025, is modified to the effect that " the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every 2nd and 4th week of every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m, till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter on the date fixed by the Trial Court.
