sms 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that in this case, investigation has been completed and final report also been filed before the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Pollachi and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.725 of 2022.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
