This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders passed in Crl.OP.12583/2023 dated 07.06.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that, final report is filed and the case is taken on file in C.C.No.308 of 2023.

3. Considering the said submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court on the hearing dates without fail.
