ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to survey the lands situated in S.No.15/1B1A measuring and extent of 00.28.18 Heacter or 69.5 cents Mathur Village, Madhavaram Taluk, Chennai and fix boundaries. 1/4

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner submitted application on 22.06.2024 with a request to survey the petitioner's property, which is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.

4. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 22.06.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
