This petition is filed to condone the delay of 5 days in filing the appeal against the judgment and decree dated 14.03.2021 made in I.A.No.124 of 2021 in O.S.No.191 of 2021 on the file of the District Court, Erode.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the respondents and perused the entire materials available on record.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 5 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
