This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to FIR in Crime No.487 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same. 2.When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that as directed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Kancheepuram, reinvestigation has been conducted in Crime No.487 of 2013 and final report is also made ready. For filing the said final report before the learned Magistrate, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor seeks time.

3.The above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded and the first respondent is directed to file the final report before the concerned Court, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
