CRIME NO.08 OF 2017.

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on 1st working day of every month until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.4616 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.5012 of 2019 dated 03.08.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.BALAJI, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.4616 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.5012 of 2019 on 03.08.2020.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. He further submitted that investigation in the case has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the competent Court.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned trial Court at 10.30 a.m. on each and every date of hearing.

5.This petition is ordered.
