This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking police protection based on the representation/complaint given by the petitioner on 12.07.2022. 2.Heard Mr.N.Manoharan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for R1, R2 and Mr.R.Gururaj, learned counsel for R4 and R5.

3.The learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that the investigation in Crime No.369 of 2022 was completed and that the final report will be filed shortly.

4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the respondent has completed the investigation, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to file the final report before the concerned jurisdictional Court, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
