This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner while granting anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.6629 of 2023 dated 30.03.2023.

2.Today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is unable to deposit a sum of Rs.75,000/- by way of Demand Draft/RTGS/NEFT to the "District Revenue Officer, Vellore District and prayed that the said condition may be modified.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has no objection for the same. 4.Accordingly, the abovesaid condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) by way of Demand Draft/RTGS/NEFT to the "District Revenue Officer, Vellore District. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.

4. Time period for execution of sureties is extended by two weeks from today (21.07.2023). With the above modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
