ORDER

Mrs.S.Pasumathi, Ariyalur Zonal Deputy Tahsildar, Ariyalur District, is present at the time of hearing.

2. Pursuant to the earlier order passed on 30.01.2026, a report has been received from the Principal Sub Judge, Ariyalur. On going through the same, it is seen that the case, which was pending before the Principal Sub Judge, Ariyalur, was transferred to the file of Principal District and Sessions Court, Ariyalur and it is pending in Special C.C.No.24 of 2025.

3. Learned Government Advocate submitted that already five witnesses have been examined and the matter is posted on 16.02.2026 for examination of LW-4, LW-5 and LW-10. There are totally twelve (12) witnesses to be examined on the side of prosecution.

4. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the Principal District and Sessions Court, Ariyalur, to dispose of Special C.C.No.24 of 2025 within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
