This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5849 of 2023 dated 16.03.2023, to appear before the Respondent Police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crime No.1 of 2023 on the file of the Inspector of Police, R9 Valasaravakkam Police Station, Chennai.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that, final report is filed and yet to be taken on file.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., 1st working day of English calender month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
