This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners Crl.O.P.Nos.7724 & 7721 of 2023 on 24.04.2023 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter on every Saturday at 6.30p.m., until further orders.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners had reached of settlement with the de-facto complainant and as a part of the settlement, so far Rs.26,00,000/- had been paid.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
