PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, to amend the Bail to the satisfaction Court as Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kallakurichi instead of Judicial Magistrate-II, Kallakurichi in order dated 24.04.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.7640 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28978 of 2022.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to amend the Bail to the satisfaction Court as Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kallakurichi instead of Judicial Magistrate-II, Kallakurichi in order dated 24.04.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.7640 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28978 of 2022.

2. In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in an order dated 24.04.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.7640 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28978 of 2022 and issue fresh order copy. Further two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.7640 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28978 of 2022 dated 24.04.2025.
