Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to provide Anganwadi Employment or Sanitary Worker employment to the petitioner in view of her continuous service of Anganwadi Worker from 05.11.2014 to 29.02.2020 under the 5th respondent and subsequent employment under the 4th respondent as Sanitary Worker for 630 days in view of G.O.Ms.No.137 dated 13.06.2019 and G.O.Ms.No.233 of 06.12.2019 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.03.2023, within the period as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to provide Anganwadi Employment or Sanitary Worker employment to the petitioner in view of her continuous service as Anganwadi Workers.

2. Without going into the merits of the main writ petition, the respondents 1 to 3 are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.03.2023 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
