ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to remove the name of the petitioner as borrower/defaulter in respect of Loan A/c No.2136015124 borrowed on 23.12.2004 from the 3rd respondent and make suitable entries recording "full satisfaction".

2. Without going into the merits of the main writ petition, the second and third respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.08.2021 and pass appropriate orders on merits in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
